Race Concept Rear Sets - Honda GROM 2016-20

SATO RACING Race Concept Racing Rear Sets are pure, no-compromise racing rear sets designed for track-only bikes.

Race Concept Rear Sets for 2016-20 Honda GROM (part# H-GROM16RCRS) features a track-engineered, competition-ready design, with components precision CNC-machined out of light-weight, high strength anodized billet aluminum. Provides 4 unique foot peg positions in a range that brings your significantly higher up and further back compared to stock, for a more aggressive riding position well-suited for the track. Provides a dedicated reverse shift pattern. Gold anodized finish with contrasting black anodized base plates.

Details:

  • The foot pegs are short-style fixed type (non-folding) pegs, and have a finely knurled pattern for great grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel.

  • The heavy-duty Base Plates have a Black anodized finish and provide 2 horizontal mounting positions for the rear set assembly. The Step Plates have 2 vertically adjustable position holes for attaching the foot pegs. See Position Chart above for adjustment range.

  • The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are short-style Gold anodized aluminum with fluted black rubber grips. (NOTE - Pedal Tip design may be different than in the sample photos.)

  • Shift linkage includes a black anodized shift arm, providing a dedicated reverse (GP-style) shift pattern. (stock shift pattern is not possible due to the high shift lever position).

  • Brake pedal is mounted on a separate axis from the right foot peg for optimal leverage.

  • This model eliminates the stock tandem brackets for the passenger pegs, so it is not recommended for use with a passenger.

  • No muffler hanger is included. Use with an aftermarket/racing exhaust that does not hang from the OEM hanger location on the stock tandem brackets.

  • The sample photos show our Shift Spindle Holder part# H-GROM16RS-SHDR. This part is sold separately.

  • For track use only. Not compatible with the stock rear brake light pull switch. Since it is intended for racing brake setups, it is not tested for compatibility with the optional ABS brakes.

  • Includes some basic instructions but does not detail how to remove the stock foot controls. (Consult a shop manual)

  • Kit includes a small tube of threadlocker.
