SATO RACING Rear Sets for 2009-12 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R (part# K-ZX609RS) features a track-engineered and competition-proven design, with components precision CNC-machined out of light-weight, high strength anodized billet aluminum, with stainless steel bolts and hardware. Provides 8 adjustable positions so you can find the ideal position for your riding style. Choice of Black or Silver anodized finish.

Details:

  • The Foot Pegs are our classic round-style fixed (non-folding) pegs and have a finely knurled pattern for optimal grip, along with a comfortable, intuitive feel. Includes end caps made of protective high-density black Delrin.

  • Adjustable Step Plate design lets you select from 8 foot peg positions in a useful range for performance riding on the street or track. (See Positions Chart and Graphic).

  • Components are fastened together with stainless steel bolts. Use the stock Kawasaki bolts to attach the Base Plates to the frame.

  • The Pedal Tips (toe pegs) are made of tough, abrasion-resistant black Delrin, and are also adjustable.

  • The Shift and Brake pedals use miniature double stainless bearings for smooth, precise lever actuation with a solid feel.

  • Shift Rod attaches to the stock change arm and rod end, providing a stock shifting pattern. Reverse (GP-style) shift pattern can be achieved by flipping the change arm and using some additional hardware provided in the kit.

  • A pressure-type brake light switch that attaches to the master cylinder is included. Installation requires bleeding the brake.

  • A small tube of threadlocker is included. (Factory pre-assembled parts are already pre-tightened using threadlocker.)

  • Rear Sets kit comes mostly pre-assembled, and includes some basic instructions, but does not detail how to remove the stock foot controls. (Consult a shop manual). We recommend installation be performed by a certified mechanic.
