SATO RACING Frame Sliders for 2009-14 Yamaha YZF-R1 (part# Y-R111FS-BK) feature slider pucks made of high-density black Delrin, an abrasion-resistant material with low friction properties that make it ideal for protecting the bike from scrapes or more serious damage if you lay it down at speed on the track. The standoff the sliders provide will keep the fairings and engine case off the pavement during a slide, with the slider pucks absorbing and dissipating any potential damage while helping the bike slide smoothly to a stop. Slider pucks are mounted to the frame and engine case with high strength anodized billet aluminum brackets and collars, and stainless steel bolts. ‘No Cut’ design - No body modifications are necessary for installation with the OEM fairings.
